Job Purpose:

Well that’s what we’ve built, here at Vora. And unfortunately, it only takes a couple of bad people entering our sanctuary to really mess up our flow. Your job is to be the gatekeeper to stop this from happening. And instead, continue to help us build this wonderful team that we have with more cool, hardworking, trustworthy people like us.
We’ll spend lots of time teaching you the ins and outs of our business so that you have an understanding of each piece of the puzzle. This will not only help the efficiency of operations, but it will also enable you to be more effective at finding the proper candidates as you’ll have a deeper understanding of each position and what it takes to be successful at it.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles.
Communicate effectively with candidates and bosses.
Maintain detailed records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Collaborate with management to understand operational needs and priorities.
Ensure timely communication and feedback to all management.
Help with other administrative tasks such as content organization and communication between team members.
Think of ideas to help us find the best talent faster and more efficiently, and carry out those ideas.
Expectations:
Work 42 hours per week.
Deliver consistent results and maintain a professional demeanor.
Adhere to deadlines and maintain accuracy in all recruitment-related tasks.
Communicate promptly and effectively using designated platforms.
Follow instructions on how to screen candidates properly.
Find candidates that fit the positions we need on a weekly basis.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting Pay: Mentioned in job listing
Pay Schedule: Bi-monthly payments on the 15th and 1st of each month via bank transfer.
Flexible hours and the ability to choose your day off.
Vacation permitted with one week’s prior notice.
